It's a cloudy afternoon in Kingston, the first since the team arrived Tuesday afternoon. Temps are expected to be in the low 80s at kickoff, and if the conditions are anything like last night at the official training session, it will be great soccer weather. More than 20,000 tickets have been sold for what they are calling the "Showdown in Jamdown", and they expect a good walk up.
The game-day ritual is well underway, with the first stretch and team meeting complete. Next up is lunch, and then another long break before the pre-game meal. The equipment truck departs four hours ahead so Jesse Bignami and Mike Zawlocki can set up the locker room, and the last team meeting happens right before they get on the bus to the stadium, with arrival planned 90 minutes before kickoff.
