The U.S. WNT held its final training in Sweden today as the players who played a bunch of minutes against Sweden on Saturday did a pool workout while the reserves trained for a little more than an hour.

The third USA-Japan clash of 2012 will be broadcast tape-delayed at 10 a.m. ET on the Universal Sports Network and web-streamed live on Universalsports.com at 7 a.m. ET.

Fans can also follow live on ussoccer.com's MatchTracker and on Twitter @ussoccer_WNT.

The USA has gone winless against Japan over the last three meetings between the teams and just one country in the world has managed to go four games consecutive meetings while holding the USA without a win. That would be Norway, which defeated the USA four times in a row twice -- one span from 1992-1994 and the other from 2000-2002, which started the the Sydney Olympics gold medal game.

The USA-Japan clash will be a huge match for both teams (as friendly matches go) with both squads looking to gain some momentum heading into the Olympics.

The USA is playing on just one day of rest after the tough match against Sweden on Saturday, but the Japanese arrived in country after a 22-hour flight on Friday, so for now, we'll call the tired legs even for this one.
