Orange County SC Signs So Cal Local Midfielder Brian Iloski


Orange County SC has signed midfielder Brian Iloski. Iloski spent the 2019 season playing in the USL Championship for the LA Galaxy II.

Back to the fields of Southern California … Brian Iloski is a 24-year-old professional soccer player who is a local hero. A youth player with big dreams, Iloski participated in three camps with the U.S. U-18 National Team that included trips to France and Portugal and trained with the U.S. U-20 Men’s National Team in January of 2014.

Last month, Orange County SC signed Southern California raised midfielder. Iloski comes to OCSC from playing in the USL Championship for the LA Galaxy II last season.

“Brian is a talented SOCAL player that we have known and tracked for many years. His technical ability and overall offensive qualities add to our team,” said Oliver Wyss President of Soccer Operations. “We expect him to contribute with his offensive qualities.”

“Brian is a player that I have been familiar with for some time here in Southern California,” said OCSC Head Coach, Braeden Cloutier. “He is a very tidy & intelligent player that is comfortable in tight spaces.”

“I’m looking forward to adding to the success of this team,” said Brian Iloski. “It’s a great opportunity and I’m excited to be here.”

Iloski has played club soccer for the LA Galaxy Youth Academy and for San Diego Surf SC.

Iloski attended college at UCLA from 2013-2017, and in 2017 he earned All-Pac-12 first-team selection and a second-straight Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.

After college Iloski was drafted by MLS’ Colorado Rapids, but he chose to play overseas with Legia Warsaw and was later loaned to MFK Zemplín Michalovce for the 2018 season.

In 2019, Iloski returned to the United States to play for the LA Galaxy II in the USL Championship.

Iloski joins a number of new players to OCSC with US National Team and international experience. Iloski is eligible to make his OCSC debut when the club opens the season at home on Friday, March, 6th.
