The U.S. WNT hit the gym this morning at a beautiful facility in Glasgow and had a great workout with half the team running through their weight programs while the other half did a yoga session, and then the groups flip-flopped.

The Olympics must be getting closer as this was the final weight workout before the USA opens group play against France on July 25 at Hampden Park. When you look back at the dozens and dozens of weight sessions the team has gone through since last summer's Women's World Cup and the fact that they have no more left before the France game, well, that's pretty exciting.

Once again, you can watch the USA's Olympic opener live on the NBC Sports Network at Noon ET.
