The U.S. U-20 WNT has been treated wonderfully by all of the Japanese organizers, fans and many others they have met here everywhere the team has gone during every moment of every day. And with the U.S. team taking time to visit both the Peace Memorial in Hiroshima and a memorial to the fallen in the tsunami-stricken area of Sendai, the Japanese have more more than appreciative and supportive of the U.S. team.

Today at training, some fans unfurled a banner, hung it from the fence, and had the players sign their autographs in in appreciation of the mutual support and respect between the U.S. team and the people of Japan. Arigato gozaimasu!
