The U.S. U-20 WNT held its one allowed training at the game venue today, running through an hour practice at the Hiroshima Big Arch Stadium which will host the USA's first two Group D matches.

While the heat and humidity has been a bit oppressive so far in Hiroshima, the temps during the USA's training session, while a bit sticky, were relatively cool and would be conducive to some good soccer for sure.

A reminder that you can watch the USA's opening match against Ghana early Monday morning on Aug. 20 with coverage starting at 2:50 a.m. ET live on ESPNU and ESPN3.

The field is in excellent condition and while the impressive 50,000-seat stadium is sure to be far from capacity, organizers are hoping for a crowd of around 5,000.

The USA and Ghana met to open the 2010 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Dresden, Germany and the match ended in a 1-1, so the young Americans known that the Ghanians -- nicknamed the Black Princesses -- who return eight players from that team, will be a difficult challenge to overcome.

What do you do when you've got some time to kill before FIFA lets you on the field? Play Hangman of course.
