The U.S. U-20 WNT had Tuesday off after defeating Ghana 4-0 on a boiling late Monday afternoon in Hiroshima. The team returned to the pitch on Wednesday and had a short training as the squad has settled into a tournament rhrythm that is more focused on rest and regeneration in hopes of being able to play six games in 20 days.

The second comes on Thursday, Aug. 23 as the USA takes on China in match broadcast live on ESPNU and ESPN3 at 5:50 a.m. ET. Fans can allows follow on ussoccer.com's MatchTracker and on Twitter at ussoccer_ynt.

There are a combination of results in Group D which would ensure the USA's passage to the quarterfinals, but of course all hinge on the Americans defeating the technical Chinese in a match that will kick-off at a much cooler 7 p.m. local time.
